NY and the livings easy!!!

One of the things that we always look forward to is our annual trip to Brennen's beach.  Great family time, great food (like s'mores and ice cream and fried dough EVERYDAY good), and of course great location.  Travelling there...well is definitely not as great as once we get there, but it is always worth it AND it is getting easier every year.  Pretty soon it will be no big deal (yeah!!)

Our flight there and back were delayed.  On the way back we ended up in the Newark airport for a whopping 6 hour layover...which with two kids who need a nap was super...but we made it.  And Jillian is definitely a more social creature than Henry since she walked around asking any kid under the age of 8 'you play with me?'  Henry on the other hand was very busy watching his Dinosaur documentaries...

The trip itself was super.  We had lot of time to sleep/rest, read, relax at the beach and build lots of incredible sand castles...with stick roofs and bridges that were reinforced with rocks...can you tell we are a family of engineers?

Here are some pictures.  Didn't take as many as we usually do at the beach, we were having too much fun.
Love the golf cart rides!
