Loss of a pet :-(

Resting outside one last time before we went to the vet.

Well, this day has been coming for a while. But even though it was expected, it is still a very sad moment for us. Dee Dee has moved on to her next life.   She had developed lymphoma a few months ago and on Wednesday, we had to take her to the vet because he was having trouble breathing.  Poor girl!  You will be missed by us all...your crazy overbite, your loving nature, your puppy soft fur, your loving to eat the kids vegetable, and all the fun memories. Dexter is doing pretty well with the fact that he lost his companion.  I am sure that it helps that he sleeps most of the day.
