February Fun

Well, to be honest with you February went by in a flash. With being here as a single parent and prepping and putting the house on the market (and showing it) this month has just been CRAZY. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy our spring break. We are heading out to Austin and we are going to find a house. So all this work with be worth it. We have had a little interest in the house and a handful of showings, but no offers yet. Luckily the rest of the showings have been at the scheduled time...so I am doing a little better with that. Here are some pictures to document what happened this month. Jillian caught the flu (or stomach bug), it was short lived but a miserable 24 hours. Poor thing. Henry had his belt exam for his Red belt. He is moving up in rank...too bad he will have to start over when we move. Hopefully he will want to continue. And honestly, it would not hurt him to be a little older when he goes through again. He told me he wants to do Ju Jit Su (or Grappling). When I asked him what grappling was, he had an accurate decision...so we may try to find a school close to where we move. Jillian has started a robotic Lego club. She loves it. She is so proud of her creations and can't wait to show me when I pick her up from school. She is also doing soccer and running club, so she is a busy girl. Andrew flexed one of his vacation days to come home to go to the Daddy Daughter Dance. It was a lot of fun, but according to him, Jillian just wanted to dance with all her friends...and the dads just milled around in the background.
