The birthday party warriors!

Well, we somehow made it to all 4 birthday parties last weekend.  Two were from Henry's school, one from my playgroup and one from Andrew's work. They were all great and different in their own way.

Party #1 was at a train park.  So we got to ride the train and go on all the fun rides.  We enjoyed a 'cold' day (it was only about 65 and it rained a little), which was a nice break from the 90 degrees we were having.

Party #2 was the completely over the top party.  Two bouncy houses, petting zoo, pony rides, face painter/balloon artist, live band (yes...a live band at a two year olds party).  It was lots of fun.  But totally over the top.

Party #3 was a party at the park (just a regular park, no trains).  It was the perfect party to 'wind down' after the over the top one.  Just watching the kids play together and go down the slide was precious. I am SO glad they are friends.

Party #4 was another party at the park (same as #3), but they rented a bouncy house and had a super bubble machine.  So, Henry and Jillian got to jump and run in the bubbles.

Needless to say that both of the kids had a ton of fun, but both got sick on Sunday night.  I am sure that it had to do with way too much stimulation, but it we made it through.
