St. Louis in a Flash

Over one 'weekend' we went to St. Louis this month. It was a whirlwind trip. We left Friday first thing in the morning. Landed around noon, got rental car checked into the hotel, changed, grabbed a quick lunch, went to a wedding, went to the store to get dinner/milk for the kids, went back to the hotel to drop kids off with babysitters, went to reception, slept, re-packed, walked to St. Louis Arch, went to Family Brunch, went to St. Louis Science Center, returned car, and flew home. All of this took place in 27 hours (from landing to taking off in St. Louis), we were home Saturday late afternoon. It was exhausting. But well worth the trip. It was wonderful to see my family and spend time for a very special day. Andrew had the camera for most of the time (since I was without pockets), so there aren't too many pictures. But here you go. This is one of the reasons I have been so busy. Plus, Thursday night I had to do an audition for our Intel Benefit show, and participate in a Tap recital (which I was not going to do, but someone was sick and didn't show up so they asked me to fill in about 30 minutes before they went on!) Crazy busy month folks. August is turning out to be the same!
